Super easy n yummy dish!
Throw it all in a casserole dish n then in the oven! Call it a day!
What you need:
Approx 5 chicken breast
2c plain fat free greek yogurt
Garlic salt
2c spinach leaves
1 jar artichoke hearts
1c skim motz shredded
1/2c chopped red onion
What you do:
Preheat oven to 375
Add all ingredients to dish
(Pre mix garlic salt into yogurt if desired)
Mix all ingredients well
Bake until chicken is 165 or higher and fully cooked.
Let cool and serve.
Watch consumers fall in love.
Pair with rice or pasta and white wine if you're feeling froggy. 😋
