Eating clean for a healthy lifestyle or looking to lean out? These egg muffins are perfect to prep for breakfast or any time of day!!

Super easy to make and simple ingredients. That's the way to eat clean! Whole natural foods! 

What you need:
*Veggies of choice 
(I used 3 tri color peppers, one bunch of asparagus, 1/4 cup red onion and 5 baby portabella mushrooms.
 I forgot I had spinach I could have used. Oops)
*loads of egg whites, I used 2.5 dozen
*garlic salt
*fresh ground pepper 

Add some {already cooked} lean turkey 
bacon or lean breakfast sausage if you wish. I skipped them this time to keep calorie and fat content lower. 

What you do:
Combine egg whites, chopped veggies and spices 
Use non stick cupcake pans or use an oil spray on pans 
Fill pans with mix leaving a few centimeters at top for expansion

Bake at 375 for 12-15min or until slightly golden edges and the clean tooth pick test shows the eggs are done. 

Remove while warm and let cool. Serve and enjoy!! Save the rest for later!
