If there's one thing I love it's something yummy to eat that doesn't make me feel guilty for eating it!
Guilt should not surround food but sometimes it does and often struggling with body dysmorphia, eating issues and attempting to be healthy--- it's hard to ward off feelings of guilt surrounding food choices.
However.. if I can get in some good nutrients to fuel my body, set a great example for my family and it tastes good too then sign me up!

What You Need:
1 heaping cup fat free greek yogurt
1 heaping cup fat free greek yogurt
2 heaping tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop or packet of vanilla shakeology
1/3c chocolate chips
What You Do:
Seriously.. throw it all in a bowl, stir it up and eat it!
I am all about no nonsense, quick, easy and eat!
Or make it into balls and refridgerate or freeze. I personally can't wait that long so I want to eat it right away! So ball it up or eat it right out of the bowl and share with a friend or your cute toddler buddy!
