Kani Salad

Do you love sushi as much as I do?! 

One of my favorite dishes to get when we go out for sushi is the Spicy Kani Bowl! 
This is a lower fat version without the spicy mayo! 

---- You can easily make the spicy mayo version.. just keep reading to the end! 

What you need: 
1 Avocado cut into cubes
1/2 cucumber - peeled and cut into strips
4oz Crab or imitation crab
sesame oil
Braggs Aminos
rice vinegar

What you do:
Add avocado, cucumber and crab together.
Place on plate.
I like to put cucumber strips on bottom
Drizzle slightly with sesame oil, rice vinegar and braggs aminos. 
Enjoy!!!

Optional... serve with quinoa or brown rice for some added energy!

And looking for the spicy version? 
Spicy mayo is super easy. 
You can use mayo or plain greek yogurt, just add sriracha! 
Use about 3:1 mayo:sriracha
Mix well!
Add all ingredients to a container with a lid and shake to coat! 
Enjoy!
