While doing meal prep today I decided to make some green mayescakes... So why not share this yummy recipe with my friends, coaches and challengers?!
What you need:
1 heaping cup of oats
4 cups spinach
10-12 egg whites
Cinnamon
2 bananas
(For 21day fix plan:
8 egg whites = 1red
1 cup spinach = 1green
1/2 banana = 1 purple
1/2 cup oats = 1 yellow )
What you do:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend away!
Make like you would a pancake or the original Mayescake.
Use pan spray of choice or non stick pan
Pour choice of small cakes or 2-3 large cakes
What you need:

Then of course once underside is done, flip as you would a pancake to cook other side!
Eat warm, untopped or top with natural but butter of choice, or syrup of choice..
Or save for later!
I often eat them cold in the car! And they're still good that way!
