What you need:
1 scoop or packet of chocolate shakeology
1/4 cup milk of choice or water
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
What you do:
Mix ingredients together in small bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds.
Add tbsp of pb to center.
Return to microwave for 30 more seconds.
Eat straight from dish or move to plate! Add berries or cool whip if desired!
