Leg Day 10/14/16 Mix of equipment and no equipment

Leg Day Mash Up !

Leg Extension machine (can do without machine and hold dumbbell at ankles while sitting on chair)
straight leg - 10 sets - 12-15reps (to fail)
knees out - 5 sets - 12-15reps (to fail)
knees in - 5 sets -12-15reps (to fail)

Leg Curl machine (can do without machine and hold dumbbell at ankles- will need incline bench)
if using machine - up on hips for added difficulty
5 sets - 15-20reps (to fail)
3 sets laying flat - 20+reps (to fail)

Abductor machine (can use bands at home)
4 sets x 25-30reps

Adductor machine (can use bands at home)
4 sets x 25-30reps

Walking lunges (dumbbells if needed)
2 sets - 20 each leg

Body weight sumo squats (or hold a kid or weight for resistance)
4 sets x 12-20reps (to fail)

Romanian Deadlift (with kid or weight for resistance if needed)
3 sets wide stance x 12-20reps (to fail)
3 sets feet together x 12-20reps (to fail)

Walking lunges (dumbbells if needed)
2 sets - 20 each leg

Finish off with some vertical wall pushups for fun!
