Slow cooker or Instapot Salsa chicken


What you need:
6 small/medium chicken breasts
1 jar of your favorite salsa (or better yet, homemade!)

What you do:
Place chicken in sprayed/oiled crockpot and pour salsa on top.  Cook on low for 8 hours.

Have an instapot and wanna save serious time? Use your instapot!! You can even cook frozen chicken in usually 40 minutes! Just ensure it's reached 165°F all the way thru. The longer you cook in the instapot the more easily you can shred the meat.

Then.... Shred chicken.  Serve in burrito bowls, romaine lettuce leaves for lettuce wraps, in tortillas, over rice and beans, on salads, on baked tortilla chips with beans and avocado for nachos or just by itself!....

 This makes several meals throughout the week and is really versatile!!
