This is a perfect football party fave! Cuz you need sammiches at a football get- together!
What you need:
2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast filets
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to coat crockpot
1 teaspoon dried oregano, optional
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Sea salt to taste
1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, sliced into strips
1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded, sliced into strips
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
4 slices 2% Provolone cheese
4 - 4" crusty wheat rolls

What you do:
Turn crockpot on low. Add chicken and season with salt & pepper. Top chicken with peppers/onion. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Bake rolls at 350* for 10 minutes. Top rolls with slice of cheese then chicken mixture. Enjoy!
