Overnight Crockpot Pumpkin Goodness

  • I am in love with pumpkin everything. Especially when fall is just around the corner. .. . I am ready for pumpkin goodness! 
Being a big breakfast fan and having a sweet tooth, I love this special treat! 



  • What you need:
  • 2 cup oats
  • 4 cups water (almond or regular milk can be substituted)
  • 2 small cans 100% pure pumpkin 
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • optional: 1/2 cup honey or 4 teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia*  or 1/4 cup sugar free syrup
  • * Sweetener can be added during cooking or cook it without and each person can add their own sweetener of choice on top after cooking
Directions
Mix all ingredients and Cook on low overnight for 6 hours!  When you wake up, breakfast is ready and your house smells amazing too!
