What you need:
3 cups burger (I often do beef n turkey mix)
1/2 chopped onion
Chopped green or red pepper
4-5 zucchinis
Mrs dash extra spicy seasoning
1/4 cup shredded cheese if desired (I used cheddar and motz)
1/2 cup brown rice if u need more carbs!
What you do:
Cook burger on stove top with onion and pepper. Add mrs dash... About 7-10 good shakes.
Cut zukes in half and grill for about 5-10 minutes until soft enough to gut.
Let zukes cool then take out center.
I used a melon baller.
Add cheese and rice to burger if desired. Mix well.
Fill boats.
Return to grill for about 5 min.
Serve.
