"Cleaner" General Tso's Chicken

A "cleaned-up" version of the all time favorite!

Who doesn't love some General Tso's? and why not make it a bit on the cleaner side?

What you need:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
4 heads of broccoli, chopped into florets
4 tbsp braggs amino acids
4 tsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp raw honey
4 tsp garlic chili sauce
1 c low sodium chicken broth
fresh ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 stalks green onion, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds


*Grab a friend and a glass of wine... This makes cooking a super fun time! lol

*Add all ingredients except chicken, broccoli and sesame seeds and mix together.
*Set sauce aside.
*Cook cubes of chicken breast in a little water on stove top until almost done.
*Add sauce
*Continue to cook until chicken is browned a bit and fully cooked in the middle
*Steam broccoli on stove top in separate pot until slightly al dente
*Serve chicken and sauce in bowl
*Mix in broccoli
*Top with sprinkle of sesame seeds
