So since it just poured here at my house... thought I would talk a little about WHY YOU NEED WATER!
Water is a vital element necessary for life function!

compound but let's not get technical )

feel fuller longer..
Helps burn fat
Prevents
constipation
Carries O2 to your
cells!
Protects your
ticker!
Keeps skin
youthful, hydrated and smooth
And makes up 75% of
your brain!!!
So I'd say water is pretty darn important so
chug-a-lug my friends!!!!
My personal recommendation for drinking water is to consume at least half your weight of lbs in oz. So for example, a 200lb person would want to drink at least 100oz of water. Water is a great way to feel full and also flush your system of toxins so drinking water is key if you're on a specific meal plan with goals of having the fittest body you can!
