Do you love peaches as much as I do?!
Here's a healthy and delicious breakfast to start your day out right!
What you need...
6 egg whites
1/4 cup oats
1 sliced peach
cinnamon
*Mix all ingredients together but the peach
*Using pan spray in an 8- 10 inch skillet, pour mix in like a pancake
*Add slices of peach evenly on top
*Cook
*Flip
*Cook that side
*Serve
Top with sugar free syrup if you wish
*Enjoy!!!
*Makes one large Protein Mayescake
(I often enjoy this as 2 small breakfasts)
