Healthy Banana Smash Cake

I'm so excited about the way this smash cake turned out for my baby's 1st birthday! I wanted to make something healthy that wasn't going to give her a sugar rush and then crash. Nevermind that I've never made a cake by scratch before.. but this was actually pretty easy and everyone liked it! (or at least they said they did!) You may be thinking... What do orangutans have to do with peanut butter?! Well... as I was thinking about peanut butter... my love for it... how much we have in our house which is a bit absurd, (yes, all of that peanut butter is in my cupboard right now) . . . I thought it would be good to share a little bit about the ingredients in your PB and what you're consuming/buying. I always recommend to people to use NATURAL peanut butter. Cabbage salad

I've actually been craving a crispy cabbage salad lately and what better time than the beginning of January as I'm ready to get rid of this extra "baby weight" post 4th bio babe. Which is really just body fat from added calories from too many unnecessary processed carbs like muffins, cereal and cookies that seemed to make their way into my mouth often during pregnancy. 🙄🤦‍♀️ The hunger is real tho- so no judging haha!
