Without further adieu here is the 
Shakeo Shamrock Shake 

What you need:
*1 scoop vanilla, chocolate or greenberry shakeology 
(If you don't have shakeo you can use vanilla protein powder just know it won't have all the other 70+ nutrients but can still be a yummy treat and better than the fast food joints chemical laden option!)
*1/4 cup fresh mint 
(real mint extract can be used but is very potent so only a drop is needed.)
*8oz water or milk of choice - I use water to skip out on calories but for a creamier drink I recommend unsweetened almond or coconut milk
 *1 tbsp sugar free vanilla or pistachio pudding mix
*ice as needed

What you do:
Blend all ingredients and top with fat free whip topping of choice if desired! (I actually topped mine with a dollop of fat free plain greek yogurt!)

Never tried shakeology? Be sure to try it out for a solid week for your body to upload all the added nutrients and really get the effects like increased energy and stamina, regularity and decreased cravings! (among other reported benefits)
