Brownies For Happiness

Flourless... paleo... dairy free? soy free? 21 day fix approved?

I mean seriously. It's like they fell straight from heaven!

And then quickly disappeared. Cuz um. They were just too good.

Make a batch for yourself - I mean your family and friends. Just be careful. You can't have just one. But that's ok!

And tweak the recipe if you need to - you can make them dairy free, soy free, flourless etc! and yet they still taste amazing.

And don't even tell me you don't do zucchini because you CANNOT taste it. Just freaking get over it and eat a damn vegetable. ;)

What you need:
4 cups shredded zucchini (I used skin too)
2 cups almond butter (or if you're jonesin and you can't hit the store, use the peanutbutter you have!)
2 cups dark chocolate chips (dairy free soy free if you need)
5 egg whites (protein yo. .... or just skip it if you want them vegan/vegetarian!)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
4tsp pure vanilla extract (don't have it? honestly you can skip it if you want)
5tbsp pure cocoa powder
2tsp baking powder
1 cup stevia

additional toppings/yummies if desired...
nuts of choice, coconut, extra chocolate chips

What you do:
Preheat oven to 375 (because that's the temp I use for everything lol)
Put all ingredients together (minus the toppings)
Blend in blender/ninja/food processor untll mostly chunkless
Pour into greased/lined pan
Bake for approx 45 min or until toothpick test comes out clean!

Let cool - if you can possibly resist them that long.
