So I made these yummy fruit tarts the other month then realized I could try a cheesecakey tasting version - healthy enough to eat for breakfast n not feel guilty!

Loaded with protein to start your day!

What you need: 
2 cups fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 packet sugar free, fat free cheesecake pudding mix
1 pie crust - graham cracker (or want even healthier?! Make your own oat crust - super easy! Check out my  Raspberry Fruit Tart recipe for those details!)
Fruit of choice for topping

What you do: 
Thoroughly combine pudding mix with yogurt
Put yogurt into pie crust, spread evenly
Top with fruit of choice
Refrigerate 10 min (or not!)
Enjoy!
