5 ingredient- healthy muffins

Got a sweet tooth? I know I do! 
How about a sweet little treat that doesn't make you feel guilty!?
Tastes great and is simple to make! 

I present you with 5 Ingredient Muffins! 


What you need:
4 egg whites
1 cup melted natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1tbsp pure vanilla 
2 bananas


What you do:
Make sure your peanut butter is melted. You can do this in the microwave for 30-45sec. 
Add all ingredients in blender. 
Blend until smooth. 
Pour into greased mini muffin pan. 
(I use an oil spray like olive or avocado)
Add optional toppings (coconut, nuts. chocolate chips)
Cook for 8 minutes at 400.
