What you need:
2 medium to large zucchini - shredded
1/2 cup oat flour
3 egg whites
1/2 cup shredded motz
Old bay (or Tony's creole seasoning for a saltier taste)
What you do:
Grate zukes with cheese grater.
Make your own oat flour by blending oats in a blender, ninja or food processor.
Mix all ingredients from list together in a large bowl.
Using non stick skillet pour on mix like pancakes.
Grill each side until lightly golden brown.
Serve!
