What You Need:
1lb shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
2 avocados chopped into small squares
1/2 red onion chopped fine
cucumber slices or bed of lettuce
black pepper
Himalayan sea salt
Mix cold cooked shrimp with
chopped avocado and chopped onion.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, mix.
Top on cucumber slices as appetizer
Or serve over a bed of mixed greens as a meal!
