mmm mmm so yum! Peanut butter goes with everything, right?!
Ever had peanut thai sauce? Well this is just pretty much a homemade healthy-ish version :)
What you need:
2tbsp sriracha
2tbsp spicy chili sauce
2tbsp minced garlic
2tbsp creamy natural peanut butter
2lbs shrimp
Rice noodle package (best if only ingredient is rice!)
*Cook shrimp on stove top in water, then drain
*In a separate pot, cook rice noodles as directions state on package. (Mine recommended to soak in cold water for 30min prior to placing in boiling water for 5min)
*In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients.
Once shrimp and noodles are cooked, add sauce, stir well as to evenly coat.
Serve (don't forget to add something green!!!)
