Crockpot Fajitas!

This recipe you can use steak or chicken to make some delicious and healthy fajitas!

What you need:
*Chicken breast or steak
        I used a lean chuck steak, about 7-8 four ounce steaks
*3 green peppers, deseeded and cut into slices
        use hotter peppers if you wish! I used baby bells
*2 small onions, cut into strips
*2tsp chili powder
*1tsp paprika
*1/2tsp onion powder
*1/2tsp garlic powder
*1/2tsp cayenne pepper
*1tsp black pepper
*1/2tsp cumin

Place half of peppers and onions on bottom of crockpot
Lay steak or chicken over pepper and onion mix
Sprinkle spices over meat
Flip meat
Sprinkle spices over other side
Top with rest of peppers and onions

Cook on low
4 hours for steak, 6 for chicken
Cut up meat
Serve in tortilla for traditional fajita style or just eat meat with pepper mix for the low carb version!
