The Original Bodybuilder Competition Prep Protein Pancake

What you need...

6 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
cinnamon

(The original mayescake was 6 whites. For portion fix you can use 8 whites for easier tracking. See below)

*Mix together whites, oats and cinnamon
*Using pan spray, pour mix in 8-10inch skillet
*Top with banana slices if desired
*Cook
*Flip
*Cook that side

Serve
