Protein Packed Pumpkin Mayescake
6 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup 100% pumpkin puree
pumpkin pie spice
or ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon
*Mix all ingredients together
*Using pan spray in a 8-10 inch skillet pour mix in like a pancake
*Cook
*Flip
Top with sugar free syrup if you wish
