I don't know if there's anyone that loves pumpkin pie the way that I do?!
I can easily down a whole pie.. but well, we all know I really shouldn't do that. So when pumpkin season rolls around, which for me is actually all year round...
(oh man, I just said "pumpkin" and "roll")
I ward off the desire to eat an entire pumpkin pie by making a healthy pumpkin pie shake! It's super yummy and contains over 70 healthy nutrients!!!
What you need:
*1 serving vanilla Shakeology
*8oz water* (thicker or thinner for preference)
*1/4 cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
*1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
(don't have that? use cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger)
*1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup**
*ice, the more you add, the thicker the shake
Blend all items together
and Enjoy!
YUM!!!
