Healthy Banana Smash Cake

I'm so excited about the way this smash cake turned out for my baby's 1st birthday! I wanted to make something healthy that wasn't going to give her a sugar rush and then crash. I have been wanting to write my birth story but when it's number 3 and you have two littles, one being a year and a half old and still nursing and two dogs and a crazy house with visitors and people coming and going - it's kind of impossible to sit and write things out. Cabbage salad

I've actually been craving a crispy cabbage salad lately and what better time than the beginning of January as I'm ready to get rid of this extra "baby weight" post 4th bio babe. Which is really just body fat from added calories from too many unnecessary processed carbs like muffins, cereal and cookies that seemed to make their way into my mouth often during pregnancy. 🙄🤦‍♀️ The hunger is real tho- so no judging haha!
